With Pamoja, you work both freely and securely. The job is suitable for you who are looking for a part-time job with great flexibility. You can change your calendar all the way up to 11:59 PM the day before you are scheduled to work.

We are now looking for someone who wants to work in after-school care with children from preschool to grade 6. When you work in after-school care, the day often starts in the classroom where you support the teachers. In the afternoon, the focus shifts to after-school care with an emphasis on social community through play, movement, and creative activities.

Pamoja is the largest provider of substitutes for schools in Sweden. We have agreements with many schools and offer a variety of exciting assignments.

How the job works

You often work on short notice (the same morning). You can work a lot or a little, often or rarely. The specific tasks you can work with will be agreed upon when you are hired. You will always be personally matched to your assignments (based on your preferences and skills).

You can easily manage the job through our smart app. Additionally, you will have both a support team and a personal coach to assist you when needed before, during, and after work. You work securely under a collective agreement. Of course, you will receive proper training before you start.

What do you need to know?

• You need to have a high school diploma.
• You need to have experience working with children and youth in preschool, primary school, or other educational settings. You should also be prepared to take responsibility and initiative and be willing to collaborate with others.
• You have great freedom to change your calendar - but you need to be prepared to work as you promise.
• You need to be able to work at least 2 days a week (Are you a student? Then you need to be able to work at least 1 day/week).
• You should want to be a good role model for everyone you meet in the job!
